Order confirmation
After placing an order, look for an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information when available.
Shipping costs & timing

Tracking your shipment
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. Carrier updates can take time to appear after a label is created.
Address accuracy
Double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible once fulfillment begins.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Contact support@takecontrolscience.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description, and photos if available.
International orders
Availability and shipping options depend on checkout eligibility. For international damage or incorrect-item claims, contact support within 72 hours of delivery as described in our published guarantee.
