At Take Control Science, we believe subscriptions should make your routine easier, not create headaches.

Managing Your Subscription

When you purchase a subscription product, you authorize recurring charges based on the delivery schedule selected at checkout.

You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account portal.

Available options may include:

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date.

Once an order has been processed, billed, or shipped, that order cannot be canceled.

Cancellation requests submitted after an order has been processed will apply to future subscription renewals only.

Where applicable, we may send email or SMS reminders before an upcoming subscription charge.

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and make any desired changes before your next billing date.

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to charge the payment method again or notify you to update your billing information.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions with unresolved payment issues.

Subscription orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds are generally not available for subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped.

However, if there is an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our support team and we will review each situation individually.
