Dietary protein supplies the amino acids used in muscle protein synthesis. Combined with resistance training, adequate protein intake supports muscle adaptation.
Muscle protein synthesis responses vary with exercise, age, overall protein intake and other factors.

20G PROTEIN
Grass-fed whey protein isolate is the only protein source in Protein Control. No whey concentrate added to bulk it out.
The formula features WPI 9210, a concentrated whey protein isolate ingredient selected for its protein quality.
Leuvate™ is a leucine-enhanced essential amino acid complex included alongside the whey protein in Protein Control.
It adds another layer to the formula's amino acid composition without requiring a separate product in your routine.
Protein Control was developed with a focus on ingredient transparency and clearly stated serving amounts.

20 g active protein · sourced from grass-fed, rBST-free cows
Whey protein isolate is a complete protein source containing all nine essential amino acids. Its naturally high leucine content and rapid amino-acid availability make it well suited for supporting post-exercise muscle protein synthesis, recovery and daily protein intake. Protein Control uses minimally filtered whey isolate sourced from the milk of grass-fed, rBST-free cows.
“Grass-fed” and “rBST-free” describe ingredient sourcing. The research below evaluates whey protein and protein supplementation; it does not establish that grass-fed or rBST-free whey produces a superior physiological outcome.

2.65 g Leuvate™ complex · leucine + essential amino acids
Leuvate™ is a leucine-enhanced essential amino acid complex rather than 2.65 grams of isolated leucine. Leucine functions as an important nutritional signal involved in initiating muscle protein synthesis, while the accompanying essential amino acids provide the substrates required to build new muscle protein.
Human research involving leucine-enriched meals and protein formulations has examined plasma leucine availability, anabolic signaling and acute or integrated muscle protein synthesis. Responses vary according to total protein intake, amino-acid composition, age, training status and study design.
The first references below relate directly to the Leuvate™ research program or the leucine-enriched formulations associated with it. Additional references provide broader clinical context for leucine-enhanced protein and essential amino acid formulations.

5 g creatine monohydrate per serving
Creatine monohydrate is one of the most extensively studied ingredients in sports nutrition. Supplementation increases muscle phosphocreatine availability, supporting rapid ATP regeneration during repeated high-intensity exercise. Human clinical trials have consistently demonstrated improvements in strength, power output, training volume and lean mass when combined with resistance exercise.
Five grams represents the full daily serving included in Protein Control and falls within the dosage used throughout the scientific literature.

Approximately 2.62 g leucine • 1.51 g isoleucine • 1.24 g valine
Protein Control naturally delivers approximately 5.37 grams of branched-chain amino acids from whey protein. Rather than acting independently, these amino acids contribute to the complete essential amino acid profile required for muscle protein synthesis and recovery.
Current evidence suggests BCAAs are most effective when consumed as part of a complete protein source containing all essential amino acids, rather than as isolated BCAA supplements.
Selected clinical research
25 mcg (1,000 IU) Vitamin D3 per serving
Vitamin D contributes to normal immune function, calcium absorption, bone health and normal muscle function. Clinical research has also evaluated vitamin D supplementation for physical performance and recovery, although results appear to depend on baseline vitamin D status.
Individuals with insufficient vitamin D status may experience the greatest benefit from supplementation.
