If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, any amount owed to you will be returned to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

Subscription Services

Certain products may be offered through recurring subscriptions.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Take Control Science and its payment processors to automatically charge your selected payment method for recurring orders at the price, frequency, and other material terms disclosed to you when you enroll, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, until you cancel.

Subscription pricing, delivery frequency, billing frequency, and other material terms will be disclosed before you enroll.

You may manage your subscription through your customer portal. Available options may include:

  • Pausing your subscription
  • Skipping an upcoming order
  • Changing delivery frequency
  • Modifying future shipments
  • Updating payment or shipping information
  • Canceling future renewals

You may cancel future subscription renewals before your next scheduled billing date.

Once a subscription order has been processed or billed, cancellation will apply only to future renewals. Orders that have already been processed are subject to our Refund Policy.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide notices regarding upcoming renewals, material changes to subscription terms, or other subscription information.

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we may retry the payment, request updated payment information, suspend fulfillment, or cancel the subscription.

Shipping & Delivery

Order processing and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping or delivery delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather events
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • High-volume shipping periods
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it may not qualify for replacement or refund without additional documentation. If a package cannot be located, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in investigating the issue.

Returns, Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

Returns, replacements, store credits, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee is subject to the eligibility requirements, exclusions, time limits, fair-use provisions, and other terms described in our Refund Policy.

If there is any conflict between a promotional or summary description of our Satisfaction Guarantee and our Refund Policy, the Refund Policy controls.

Products purchased through third-party retailers, distributors, or marketplaces may be subject to the return and refund policies of the applicable third party.

Additional Terms for Certain Products & Services

Certain products or services may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, instructions, disclosures, consents, cancellation terms, refund terms, or other conditions presented at the time of purchase or use.

To the extent a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, our products, or the Services is permitted to proceed in court, you and Take Control Science agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If another Take Control Science policy conflicts with these Terms, the more specific policy will control with respect to the subject matter it addresses, unless that policy expressly states otherwise.
