Below you'll find everything you need to know about processing times, shipping estimates, tracking, and delivery.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.

Any free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website when available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Typical delivery windows are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at support@takecontrolscience.com.

While we'll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered fulfillment or been shipped.

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be rerouted or reshipped.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first:

  • Verify the shipping address

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Contact your building management or mail room

  • Review tracking updates provided by the carrier

If you're still unable to locate your package, contact our support team and we'll do our best to assist.

If shipping protection was purchased at checkout, you may be eligible for a replacement or reimbursement based on the terms of the protection provider.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier may not qualify for replacement or refund without additional documentation.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged package

  • Photos of the product and contents

We'll review the issue and work quickly toward a replacement or resolution.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties

  • Taxes

  • Import fees

  • Brokerage fees

These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in product or shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timelines for international orders may vary significantly depending on customs processing and local carriers.
